  • Did not receive OTP: If you did not receive the OTP, it may be due to a network delay or weal signal. Wait for 2-3 minutes, and then tap resend OTP.
  • Photo/ID upload error: This usually happens due to the large or blurry image. Make sure the file is in JPG or PNG format and is under 2MB in size.
  • Invalid ID error: The main cause is that the ID is either not accepted or in the wrong format. Make sure to double-check your ID number format and use only accepted IDs such as National ID, Passport, UMID, etc.
  • Stuck at verification: It can happen due to a server queue or incomplete information. In this case, you can contact Globe support in the Philippines by dialing 171, or for international contact at +63 917 808 171. In addition, you can retry after 15-20 minutes.

  • Your SIM must be active, and there should be no outstanding balance or lock-in with your current network.
  • Text (USC) GET Unique Subscriber Code to 5050 (for Smart/DITO).
  • You will receive a USC, which you will need for porting.
  • Visit a Globe store.
  • Show your USC and a valid ID.
  • Fill out the porting form and submit the requirements
  • Porting usually completes within 24 hours if all requirements are correct.
