  1. Download the GlobeOne App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  2. Open the app and select Set Up Your SIM.
  3. Enter your Globe SIM number and receive an OTP.
  4. Fill in your details and upload the required documents.
  5. Click Submit and save the reference number.

New Customer

  • You can get your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi kit from any store or the Globe online store.
  • Connect the modem to the adapter and set it up as directed. Then, turn it on by following the on-screen directions.
  • Set up your WiFi account and download the Globe One app.
  • Enter your WiFi phone number, then click Register your SIM now.
  • Now fill out the registration form with your name, birthday, gender, address, and nationality, among other things.
  • Upload a picture of yourself and a valid government ID.
  • If you agree to the terms and conditions, tap the Submit button.
  • Someone will send you an OTP. Type that OTP in and click Verify.
  • Right now, you’ll see a number. Make a copy of that number as proof.
  • You will get a proof message after your registration has been checked out.

Existing Customer

  • If you already have a Globe WiFi account, download the GlobeOne app and set up your prepaid WiFi account.
  • Type in the code that’s on your modem.
  • Simply click on Register and then follow the steps listed above to complete the registration and verification process.

Getting your Globe MyFi set up is quick and easy. Do these things if you’re a new customer or an old customer:

New Customer

  • Buy a Globe MyFi from an authorized provider.
  • Get everything ready and connect your phone to the MyFi.
  • Open a web browser and go to http://192.168.8.1/. Use the information in the user guide to log in, and check your email for a link to register.
  • Click the link, enter your MyFi number, and get an SMS with a unique password (OTP).
  • Type in the OTP and complete the form with your information.
  • Upload a picture and a legal ID, then click Submit.
  • Write down your reference number and check your email for proof.

Existing Customer

  • Log in to your MyFi and go to http://192.168.8.1/.
  • Use the information on your MyFi device to log in.
  • To register again, enter your MyFi number, get an OTP, and fill out the rest of the requested information.
  • You’ll get a proof message on your device when you send your information.

It’s quick and easy to register your Globe At Home LTE SIM! Follow these simple steps to make sure your registration information is correct.

  1. Type (SIMREG ACCOUNT NUMBER> WIRELESS LANDLINE>) and send this code to 268204. 
  2. You will then get a proof text message that you are registered.

Its process is pretty easy: 

  1. Type (SIMREG) and send this code to 8080 to determine when your prepaid or platinum SIM card has been verified.
  2. Get a message from Globe notifying you know that you have successfully registered!
  3. That simple!  your Globe Platinum SIM is now set up and ready to use.

If you need to change your information, you can do so right away online or at any Globe store near you. 

Simply follow these steps to change your Globe SIM information online:

  1. Go to the Globe website.
  2. When the first 11-digit mobile number appears during the update, type it in and press the Next button.
  3. Pick Sim Registration Details from the menu.
  4. Enter the information you want to change, such as your name, ID, and other data.
  5. Simply click on the Submit box now. An opt-code will be sent to the phone number you provided in your details. At this point, your confirmation has been changed.

You can verify your globe sim registration by following these steps:

Via Message

  • Open the messages application on your phone
  • Type SIMREG into a new text message and send it to 8080.
  • An SMS will confirm that you are now a registered Globe user.

Via Call

  • Click on the dial screen and type this code *143#. 
  • A menu will appear. Fill in the required details and the text message will appear on your screen.

  2. Go to My Account
  3. Click on Balance Inquiry now.
  4. Click on Check My Remaining Load and Balance to see your amount and other deals that are still available.

The easy and quick way is to open the dialler, type in *143#, press the send button, and then follow the on-screen instructions. An activation SMS will then appear in your message app.
